YWCA Nevada

YWCA’s exist in 95 countries on all continents of the world. All are dedicated to working on a variety issues affecting their communities. YWCA Nevada is an affiliate of YWCA USA, and the first officially established YWCA in Las Vegas since November 2014. YWCA’s impact spans more than 160 years and serves more than 25 million women and girls. YWCA Nevada is on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families and strengthen our community.

Every local YWCA implements specific programs that vary from one community to another based on unique needs of the community. YWCA Nevada programs will have a direct impact while creating meaningful change with measurable results. YWCA serves to strengthen our local community and help families in a number of ways to include offering technical assistance, training, organizing advocacy efforts and standing up for social justice.

This YWCA, located in Las Vegas, Nevada offers the following services; TechGYRLs afterschool STEM program, SummerTech program, and Bridging the Gap, a senior to youth involvement program.
